Industrial Symbiosis

This module focuses on opportunities, challenges, dynamics and techniques of creating symbiotic relationships with other firms that enable more value from diverse under-utilised resources (e.g. rest materials and energy, facilities and equipment, logistics elements, land, knowledge) – a practice also known as industrial symbiosis.

The module covers technical and non-technical development determinants and aims to increase knowledge and skills for catalysing new industrial symbiosis practices in businesses.
