Industrial Network Security

This module address concepts of network security in the context of Industry 4.0, cyber-physical production systems, and connected industry. It provides learners with basic cyber-security definitions and models as well as an overview of current technologies used. The module covers data classification and standards used for risk analysis, encryption standards, public-key cryptography, digital signatures/certificates, redundancy, backup mechanisms, user authentication and biometric identification, risk and vulnerability assessment, and threat modeling.
